Good morning my crafty friends, hope you are having a great week. It will be the weekend before we know it. It is time for another Whimsical Wednesday Challenge, and this week we are creating cards/projects to give or send to someone "Just Because". No special reason or holiday. It can be just to say hi, to let them know we appreciate them, and thinking about them. I think you get the point. This week Whimsical Wednesday has teamed up with Bugaboo Stamps. They allowed us to each pick a stamp for us to create with. Here is what I came up with:
That cute little girl is named Desiree and she is from the
Bugaboo Brats collection. This card is from Emily to her Dad just to let him know she loves him!:) I managed to use ALL scraps on this card. I used my Prisma Colored Pencils to color my image. I use Tim Hotz Distress ink to ink up the edges of the image, and Stampin' Up Chocolate Chip for the rest of the distressing. I used my liquid applique to apply the little blue dots. The sentiment is computer generated.

hey steph.. oh my this image is way cute! and so is your card. thats sweet that emily is giving it to her daddy just b~cuz ;) great job on the coloring and using up those scraps too. i had such fun playing with the bugaboo digis it was so hard to just choose one as theyre all just adorable. have a super day !

Stephanie, this is such an adorable card! :o) You chose the perfect image to work with for the sweet gesture... a spontaneous gift from a child to their daddy is one of the loveliest things possible. You colored her so beautifully in such pretty colors. You made her as sweet as the inspiration for this creation. :o) The ink and applique adds even more beauty, as do the papers. What can I say other than I love this sugary sweet project. Excellent work, my dear friend!
