Hello Whimsical Crafters. It is time for a brand new Whimsical Wednesday Challenge! This week we our challenge is to create some Halloween or Fall Home Decor. Here is what I created:
I decided to use one of Cindy's digital stamps called Pumpkin Patch Kitty, and frame it. So adorable! Wait till you see what she has been up to..get ready to see some of the cutest digis ever..it won't be long till you can get your very own:). The frame is from the dollar spot at Micheals. I sprayed it with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, and added some buttons and a bow. I colored the image with my prisma colored pencils, and added some stickles to the stars and the carved out parts of the pumpkin. That sweet sentiment "2 Cute To Spook" is from Tanners Halloween Town Stamp set.
I wanted to add that our Guest Designer Kate had sent over her entire project in addition to her sneak peek, and I once I saw her frame, I just knew that is what I wanted to do with Cindy's digi's. I just adore them...and my little one can not get enough of them. I have to be printing them out all the time so she can color them. The other day I got around to printing them all out 4 times each and binding them together with my cinch to make a color book for her. I know that this is Halloween decor, but is going to be a permanent fixture in my little Emily's room. Thanks for providing hours of uniterupted coloring for my little one Cin:), and to Kate for the fab idea!
This week we had the honor of using Tanner's, Mr. Cricut Crazy, Stamps. I also made a little treat bag and used a sentiment from his brand new Halloween stamp set:
I cut the bag from Once Upon A Princess, using the DCWV Ghost and Goblins paper Stack. The witch and the moon are from the Celebrate With Flourish Lite Cartridge. For the moon I used my creative inspiration paints to add some highlights, and then applied UTEE to make it shiny. The Shabby Crinkle Ribbon is from my sweet friend Patsy! The Happy Halloween Sentiment is also from Tanner's Halloween Town stamp set.
This week our sweet sponsor Patsy, from the Prairie Bird Boutique , is giving one random winner, who enters this weeks challenge, one bundle of her Shabby Crinkle Ribbon.
Our second sponsor is the fabulous Tanner, from Mr. Cricut Crazy,
will be giving one random winner who enters this weeks challenge their choice of one his stamps sets.
Thank you to our sponsors!
Please be sure to hop on over the the Whimsical Wednesday blog to see what the talented designers have brewed up for your inspiration. Thank you for stopping by today, and I hope you will join us this week!
